Robert J. Wiley established his employment law practice in March 2000. He is certified as a specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Over the course of his career, he has represented more than a thousand employees in disputes with their employers. Since 2014, Thomson Reuters has included him annually on its Super Lawyers list.

Mr. Wiley has contributed to the legal profession through leadership roles, including serving as President of the Dallas Fort Worth Employment Lawyers Association and later as Chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section. He maintains active involvement in state and national employment law organizations.

Mr. Wiley received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and graduated with honors from Tulane Law School. His practice involves representing employees in state and federal courts and before agencies such as the EEOC.
