Ty’Queese Keyes

Ty’Queese Keyes is a Trial attorney dedicated exclusively to representing employees in workplace disputes. From the beginning of her legal career, Ty’Queese has focused on helping individuals navigate some of the most difficult moments of their working lives–when their livelihood, dignity, or reputation is at stake.

Employees often come to Ty’Queese feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or uncertain about their rights. She believes that no one should have to tolerate discrimination, retaliation, wage theft, or wrongful termination simply because an employer holds more power. That belief drives her commitment to plaintiff-side employment law and to holding employers accountable when they violate the law.

Employees often face powerful employers, complex legal systems, and significant personal risk when asserting their rights, but Ty’Queese levels the playing field by providing strategic, compassionate, and results-driven representation to individuals who have been discriminated at work. She approaches each case with careful attention to the client’s story, clear communication about legal options, and a strategy designed to achieve meaningful results–whether through negotiation or litigation. Above all, Ty’Queese is committed to ensuring that employees are heard, protected, and treated fairly under the law.

Before joining the firm, Ty’Queese Keyes was based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she attended the University of New Mexico School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor. During law school, Ty’Queese served as President of the Black Law Students Association and as an ACLU student-liaison for ACLU-NM. Additionally, Ty’Queese earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Psychology from Louisiana State University. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and continues to serve the community outside of her legal practice.

Ty’Queese is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
